Banana muffins


Ingredients:


2 cups all purpose flour,1 3/4 cups sugar(powdered),180 gm unsalted butter,1 teaspoon baking soda,1/2 teaspoon baking powder,1 tea spoon vanilla,1/2 teaspoon salt,2 eggs,4 ripe bananas.

Time:Preparation:20:30 mins;baking:20 mins.

Method:

1.Sift all purpose flour,baking soda,baking powder together.
2.Mash bananas into thin consistency,keep aside.
3.Take sugar and butter mix nicely until fluffy,add salt,eggs,vanilla and beat all together for 2 mins.
4.Now add step 1 ingredients into the step 3 mixture and mix well.
5.Finally add mashed bananas and walnut pieces and mix nicely again.
6.Grease the muffin pan with cooking spray or clarified butter, pour batter with spoon(fill upto 3/4 of each cup).
7.Keep in the preheated oven(350f) for 15-20 mins or until toothpick inserted at the center of any muffin comes out clean.
8.Let it cool and remove from the pan,store in the airtight container.
