Naan


You could make 4 naan by using following ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour,1/2 cup lukewarm water,1 tablespoon oil,1 1/2 tablespoon yogurt,1/2 teaspoon yeast,1/2 teaspoon salt,pinch of baking soda,1/2 teaspoon sugar.

Time:15 mins.

Method:

1.Take lukewarm water and add yeast stir well,leave until we prepare rest of the ingredients.
2.In one bowl mix all purpose flour,salt,baking soda and sugar.
3.Add oil,mix nicely.Add yogurt mix it again.
4.Now add step 1 yeast water into the step 2 dry ingredients,knead soft dough.
5.Let rest the dough covered for 3 hrs.,after 3 hrs you would see dough is raised little bit in volume.
6.Apply very little oil on the palms and knead for few seconds.
7.Preheat the oven on 500F
8.Divide the dough in four parts and
9.Roll 1/2 inch thick and oval in shape.
10.Put all Naan on the oven tray after 2-3 mins invert them, again roast for 2-3 mins.,you will see some dark brown spots on the naan it indicates done.
11.Take them out,apply some butter and serve these naan with paneer,chhole or anything you like.
