Thecha


Ingredients:

10-12 green chilies,1/2 tablespoon oil,2 garlic cloves,1 teaspoon cumin seeds,2-3 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves(cilantro),salt to taste.

Time:10 mins.

Method:

1.Wash green chillies,keep one pan on medium heat,add oil and roast green chilies till you see brown spots on chili(about 5 mins),be careful sometimes chili crackles.
2.Let them cool down and grind coarse with garlic cloves,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,salt.Thats it thecha is ready to eat,it tastes great with 'Bhakari'(jawarichi).


Tip:You can preserve this thecha for 6-7 days,but it starts loosing green color as long as you preserve it.If you don't want to eat thecha after 2-3 days,use it while preparing any dish instead of red chili powder.
