Kulfi
Ingredients: 10 oz(300ml) evaporated milk,5-6 tablespoons sugar(or as per your taste),1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder,5-6 almonds(crushed),4-5 pistachios(optional).
You will make 6 kulfi of size shown in above picture.
Method:
1. Add almond pieces and sugar in the milk and bring it to boil,on medium heat keep stirring continuously for 10 mins.
2.Add cardamom powder and remove from heat.
3.Let it cool down completely and pour this milk in ice pop maker,keep in the freezer for 6-7 hrs.
4.Take it out from freezer and after 5 mins remove from mould or soak the mould in warm water for 2-3 mins it helps taking out kulfi easily from the mould.
Tip:If you don't have ice pop maker,you can use small disposable cups and cover it with aluminium foil.
