Ingredients:

4-5 cups puffed rice(churmure),1/4 teaspoon turmeric,few mustard and cumin seed,1 small onion,1 tomato,1/2 cup sprouted moth(mod aaleli mataki),1 1/2 cup pharsaan, 2-3 tablespoon roasted pea nuts,tamarind chatni,green chatni,1 teaspoon cumin seed powder,4-5 tablespoon chopped cilantro(coriander),1 teaspoon chat masala,salt to taste.

Method:

1.Finely chop tomato,onion,coriander leaves.
2. Keep one big pan on medium heat,add 1 tablespoon oil when it becomes hot add mustard seed and cumin seed,add turmeric stir once and add puffed rice mix nicely and switch off the stove,let it cool down.
3.In one big bowl add puffed rice (step 1),in this start adding pharsaan,matki,tomato,onion,coriander,pea nuts,cumin powder,chat masala,mix once.
4.Now add tamarind chatni and green chatni,mix well and serve immediately,otherwise puffed rice will loose its crunchiness & become soft because of tamarind and green chatni.
