Beet-carrot
Ingredients:
1 beetroot,2 carrots,3-4 tablespoons yogurt,salt to taste,mustard seed,1 tablespoon oil,pinch of hing.
Time:15 mins.
Method:
1.First wash the beetroot and carrot and grate it.
2.Add yogurt and salt to taste and mix nicely.
3.keep one pan on medium heat and add oil when it will become hot,add mustard seed,let them crackle and add pinch of hing and pour this 'tadka' on the beetroot-carrot-yogurt mixture.
It's done!! very easy, eating carrot is always good but beetroot has it's own benefits, It improves the quality of the blood. It reddens and vitalizes the body. The betaine content of the beet helps in cleansing the stomach and the intestine.
