Palak(spinach) paratha



Ingredients: 1 bunch palak(spinach)or 2-3 cups chopped,2-3 cups wheat flour, 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder,pinch of turmeric,1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,1/2 tablespoon cumin seed powder,1/2 tablespoon coriander powder,salt to taste,some dry wheat flour(for rolling),oil for roasting.

Time:30 min.

Method:

1.First wash spinach and grind it in the grinder,keep this smooth paste aside.
2.Now take wheat flour and add red chili powder,turmeric,ginger garlic paste,cumin seed powder,coriander powder,salt mix well,to this dry mixture add spinach paste and knead it until you get smooth dough sometimes we need water sometimes we don't as we have added spinach paste ,if you need water then only add it( make the dough same as chapati dough).Make small balls and roll thick.
3.Roast it to golden brown on medium heat on both side by applying little oil on both side.
4.Serve this hot paratha with curd,butter or pickle whatever you like.
