Matar-paneer
Ingredients:200gm (prefried cubes)paneer,1/2 cup green peas,3 tomatoes(medium),3-4 spoon yogurt(curd,dahi)1-2 green chilies,1 inch ginger,1/2 tablespoon coriander powder,1/4 tablespoon cumin seed powder,1/2 tablespoon red chili powder(or as per your taste),1/4 teaspoon turmeric,1 tablespoon garam masala,cumin seed,2-3 tablespoon oil,salt to taste.
Time:30 mins.
Method:
First blend tomato,ginger,green chili and keep this puree aside.Keep one pan on medium to high heat add oil when it becomes hot add cumin seed let them splutter and add tomato puree and keep stirring for 4-5 mins after that add turmeric,red chili powder,cumin seed powder,coriander powder mix well stir occasionally for 2 mins now add yogurt and keep stirring continuously for 3-4 mins.Add green peas stir once and add garam masala too.(if you don't you will see some small white granules starts forming and you will not get smooth gravy).Add green peas stir once and add garam masala and salt too.Lastly add paneer mix well leave on medium to low heat for 5 mins.
Serve matar paneer with naan or chapati.
Tip:If you like ,you can use normal paneer too (no need to fry).
