Boondi raita
Ingredients:
1/2 cup boondi,1 cup fresh yogurt(curd,dahi),some milk, 1 teaspoon raita masala,1/2 teaspoon chaat masala,1 teaspoonspoon sugar(optional),cilantro,salt to taste.
Time:10 mins.
Method:
1.Take yogurt in one bowl add all ingredients as mentioned above except boondi.
2.Mix well and add some milk to make it thin as it's very thick.Now add boondi mix it well.Garnish with pinch of chaat masala,pinch of red chili powder and cilantro, that's it boondi raita is ready to eat.
Tip:
1.Make boondi raita 10-15 mins before eating otherwise it will become mushy.
2.If you don't want spicy raita,here is the simplest way,add cumin seed powder and salt to taste in the yogurt and mix well and add boondi,isn't it simple?????????
