POHE


If you are hungry and got fed up with bread and bun items, go for pohe it takes less time and taste????????????? check it out..................

Ingredients:
one bowl pohe(jaad).1-2 onion.3-4 green chilies,few peanuts.
cilantro,cumin and mustard seed,3-4 tablespoons oil,
1 tea spoon of turmeric,1/2 tablespoon of sugar and salt to taste.
grated coconut,some shev(or aaloo bhujia).

time:15-20 min.

Method:

1.First keep pohe in water for 2-3 mins then take it out and squeeze out excess of water from that with your hands.Cut an onion,chili,some cilantro(coriander) too.
2.Now keep the pan on medium heat,add oil in it,when oil will become hot add some cumin and mustard seed when it pops up,add chopped onion fry until it turns pink. Add some peanut fry it to golden brown.Now add 1 teaspoon turmeric and salt stir it.If you like you can add green peas too.
3.Finally add pohe and sugar mix well,keep on low heat for 2 mins.
4.Garnish with cilantro,coconut and shev.
Serve hot with lemon and dahi(plain yogurt) thats it your yummy pohe are ready to eat.
